And while I can't tell you what the heel counters are in their brand of boots, and I don't see lemonwood pegs, the way most manufacturers are going now, they are comparable if not better.
The only thing is, you better try them on. Because I normally wear a 10.5 EE and I walked out with 2 pair, 10.5D and 10 double EE.
Service was great. I purchased 2 pair for me and 2 pair for my wife. The 4th pair comes at 1/3 cost of highest priced boot. I purchased ostrich skin and cow hide, my wife got 2 cowhide boots, one was a Ladies fashion boot.”

“There are 1000 good things I can say about this place. ALL the workers are friendly and helpful. You can really tell they did an amazing job hiring people. They are very helpful and do not pressure you at all to buy anything you don't want to purchase. You can tell them exactly what you do not like and they will find a solution or find a shoe that you may prefer. The process of getting new Birkenstocks for my daughter was effortless. I brought my parents in to get fitted for shoes. They are both hard of hearing and communicate primarily through sign language. Taylor treated them with such patience, kindness, and respect from the moment we walked in. He took the time to make sure they were comfortable, understood their needs, and through on the spot learning, found the right shoes for each of them.
What stood out most was how attentive and genuine he was. He didn't rush the interaction and went above and beyond to connect with them, even making them laugh and smile throughout the process. Seeing my parents treated with such care and dignity meant more to me than I can put into words.
The experience was so touching that it brought me to tears. I am deeply grateful for Taylor's help, compassion, and exceptional customer service. He is a true asset to the Merrell team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

“Super nice staff, they didn’t have the size my dad needed but we ordered them. Free shipping to the house, Mikie and Todd were extremely helpful and nice! Ended up getting three shoes because the deals were just so good! Very knowledgeable staff and they showed me all the types of shoes that worked with dress casual. Highly recommend this store, they’re 30% cheaper than what’s in Retail/the catalog and they always have some type of deal going on! I got my dad a pair of brow oil tanned Hodges, in retail they are called the Upton.”
“I visited Tecovas at the Outlets in Sevierville, TN. I was helped out by a young man an employee named Sam. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the basic things about how to wear boot. It was my first pair of boots and had zero knowledge. Great customer service. I bought my first pair of boots from this location the next day thanks to Sam. I highly recommend this location. The dress boots are great. I will be returning to start my boot collection.”

“I've never been an Ann Taylor shopper, but since I was recently with two friends who are, I decided to check it out. While not everything was my style, I did find a few cute items! I absolutely fell in love with The Wide Leg trousers. They didn’t have my size in another color in-store, but a very friendly and helpful employee named Shasta went above and beyond to help me locate and order them from another store to be shipped to me. Score! She also assisted us with new sizes, colors, and styles throughout our many trips to and from the fitting rooms. It was a very pleasant shopping experience!”

After searching Elliot's, Boot Barn, Cavender's, and Stage's West, I finally found the right boot. “A wide variety of shoes for young and old,winter, spring summer and fall. If you are looking for comfort that last all day while being on you feet, I tried the slip in canvas shoes. Out of all the HIGH DOLLAR brands these shoes were less expensive and dont make my feet hurt through out the day. Went back and got a pair in a different color.”
