“I cannot say enough about the people at the Sevierville Birkenstock store! My experience was the best I’ve had at Tanger Outlets in Sevierville and it was SO needed! My husband and I had some unfortunate things happen with our lodging on our vacation that week and wanted to forget about it all and enjoy our day. We went to Birkenstock and I found some Papillio wedges I loved. Sierra was working and was a great help answering questions. She and Caitlin helped me find the right pair and color. After taking the wedges back to our cabin and walking in them, I confirmed what I already knew: I walk like a baby giraffe in heels and wedges! I just can’t wear them successfully. A few days later, on our way out of town, I took them back to the store. Zach was there and helped me that day. He told me that unfortunately, the wedges were a final markdown and couldn’t be returned. He then told me to choose another pair in the store and he would price match it with the wedges. The wedges were only $80 and Birk fans know that’s a deal! I chose a new style of big buckle Arizonas that were $130. Zach traded them out evenly! I didn’t pay a dime more than $80 for the Arizonas! All of those things made me a forever fan of the Sevierville Birk store. BUT THERE’S MORE! I was in a hurry and chose the wrong size of Arizonas, because of course I did! I didn’t realize it until we were home, about 2 hours away from Sevierville. I called the store the next day and Zach answered the phone. I told him what I had done and asked how long I had to switch the shoes to the right size. I had planned on driving from home back down to exchange them. He said, “If you will put them in the mail to me, I will mail the right size back to you. I’m getting them off the shelf now.” So, I put the ones I bought in the mail on a Tuesday and had a brand new pair IN THE CORRECT SIZE that Saturday! Thank you guys at the Sevierville Tanger Outlet Birkenstock store! You have my undying loyalty.”

I brought my parents in to get fitted for shoes. They are both hard of hearing and communicate primarily through sign language. Taylor treated them with such patience, kindness, and respect from the moment we walked in. He took the time to make sure they were comfortable, understood their needs, and through on the spot learning, found the right shoes for each of them.
What stood out most was how attentive and genuine he was. He didn't rush the interaction and went above and beyond to connect with them, even making them laugh and smile throughout the process. Seeing my parents treated with such care and dignity meant more to me than I can put into words.
The experience was so touching that it brought me to tears. I am deeply grateful for Taylor's help, compassion, and exceptional customer service. He is a true asset to the Merrell team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

“Super nice staff, they didn’t have the size my dad needed but we ordered them. Free shipping to the house, Mikie and Todd were extremely helpful and nice! Ended up getting three shoes because the deals were just so good! Very knowledgeable staff and they showed me all the types of shoes that worked with dress casual. Highly recommend this store, they’re 30% cheaper than what’s in Retail/the catalog and they always have some type of deal going on! “I've never been an Ann Taylor shopper, but since I was recently with two friends who are, I decided to check it out. While not everything was my style, I did find a few cute items! I absolutely fell in love with The Wide Leg trousers. They didn’t have my size in another color in-store, but a very friendly and helpful employee named Shasta went above and beyond to help me locate and order them from another store to be shipped to me. Score! She also assisted us with new sizes, colors, and styles throughout our many trips to and from the fitting rooms. It was a very pleasant shopping experience!”

They had a couple sales going on and it was a little confusing so we did have to ask the workers a couple questions and every young man we spoke to were very polite and helpful.
