“Seymour post office is by a long shot the best of all the post offices in East Tennessee! Extremely helpful staff! Now the post office in Sevierville is the absolute worst post office that I have ever been to, Ever! Thank You Seymour Crew!!!”

5319 East Lamar Alexander Parkway, Walland TN 37886
“I always thought postal workers were just unkind at every location as that is what I always experienced living in many different states until I came to the Walland TN post office. They are all the kindest, most welcoming & helpful group I’ve ever met!! Best post office I’ve ever been to. The small hometown feel is just an added bonus!”

“Just stopped in to mail a package. I was the seventh person in line with one person working the counter. Disappointed that there was nobody else there to help that person.”

137 East Young High Pike, Knoxville TN 37920
“Just went in to setup a PO Box. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I looked online to see what I needed to bring in. Once I had everything they were able to set me up with everything pretty fast and easy. One of the best USPS experiences I’ve had.”
