“I came here from cadence bank after the merge and I met Ms. Tamera. I so happy I decided to come to this location instead of Brentwood location. She was awesome and went above and way beyond to answer all my questions, assist me in my choices and provided great service while I was there . I felt like being treated as a VIP in the bank. It's rare to find people to truly enjoy their job and she is definitely one of very few these days. She made an awesome impression while being professional. Shout to to her and Huntington bank should be honored to have her on their team.”
“My teenage daughter opened an account with FirstBank, with me on the account. When she moved out of state for college, the rest of the family also relocated to a completely different state. Neither location has a FirstBank. So when my daughter lost her debit card, getting a replacement became a little sticky because of all the moving pieces. LaDina at the Nolensville branch was such an angel. She worked with us to quickly resolve the situation, and when I needed to call back a week+ later, she remembered us and the situation and went above and beyond to help us.”
