“We came in because a dresser we ordered from Amazon was missing 51 cam bolts, and they went above and beyond to help us. Chris and Mike patiently helped us find bolts that fit perfectly. They matched the size and even counted each one out to make sure we had exactly what we needed. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us solve our problem.
