“This five star review is for Cory at this location. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, looking for pieces to replace my bedroom closet that fell down I encountered two employees that were nonchalant one of which I helped him pull carts in because he was having an issues and it looked like his finger got smashed in the cart and then when I happen to ask him where the closet were, he looked at me as though he didn’t have on a vest that said Lowe’s and gave me wrong information just when I was fed up and was on my way out the store to go to Home Depot. I bumped into Cory on a whim and asked him because I really didn’t want to have to spend more time going to a different store. Cory took me directly to the area that I needed measured and cut the portion of the closet for me asked me was anything else needed to repair my closet and gave an apology for the lack of service that I received from his coworkers thank you Cory that meant a whole lot to me being one of those women that just didn’t know the language of what I was actually looking for a round of applause Corey is the little things that means so much?”

The home improvement retailer has changed its MVPs Pro Rewards & Partnership Program into the new MyLowe's Pro Rewards. The updated program aims to make life easier for professionals while offering more benefits from their first purchase.
