“We stayed at this property during the January Ice storm. The staff was amazing! It appeared they were short staffed due to the weather. They were very busy due to the power outages all over Nashville. You would see an employee at the front desk and then the same person cleaning rooms! They jumped in and helped wherever it was needed. I needed extra items and it would be delivered immediately with a smile! The breakfast was very good which is unusual for a hotel breakfast. Very impressive staff! Fairfield/Marriott I hope you appreciate the staff at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Smyrna!”

After a long drive out of southwest Florida (yes, fueled mostly by gas station coffee and questionable playlists), we rolled in early this morning—and this hotel immediately made us feel at home! ?
The front desk team? Top-notch. Super friendly, quick to help, and a special shoutout to the Deadpool fan—you rock! ?♂️ And don’t worry, we’re still on a mission to get your coworker to cheer for America’s football team. ?
The hotel itself? Spotless. Seriously, it’s so clean it practically sparkles. ✨ The room? Modern and comfy, and that bed… oh man, we basically melted right into it after the drive. ?️?
Will we stay here again next time we come through? 1000% yes! Highly recommend. ?”
