“Horrible experience. Stayed here in august and someone on their staff changed our reservation from a 2 Queen suite to a 1, which wouldn’t have been so bad if there wasn’t four of us staying. When we got there, they were completely booked and we were stuck with our changed reservation. The girl working the desk called several guests that were checking in that day to see if she could get us moved to a different room. Finally found a king suite and switched us over and told us there would be a pull out bed, as well. We get to the room and there’s only the bed and a recliner. Asked for a rolling cot but they were out of those, so my sister had to sleep in the recliner. On top of that, our bathroom door didn’t latch and we found a viagra on the nightstand that housekeeping missed. Just thankful I found it before my 16 month old did!!! Called the hotel twice to get a copy of our receipt so I could get a refund and no one ever sent it. Called customer service and they took my phone and e-mail but I’ve never heard anything back. I just want a refund! Absolutely ridiculous experience all the way around.”

“I stay in hotels every week for work. This hotel by far is the best I've stayed at in many many months all of the employees were exceptionally nice. They greeted me every time they aaw me. They went beyond what they had to do. Although all employees were exceptionally nice Rashonda Johnson went above and beyond and was super super nice and sweet. My only complaint is the hot tub was empty also The pool was very very cold.”

“I love this place! It is short handed with staff but the staff that is there is awesome!! They do the best they can for you! Pet friendly!! The rooms are great coming with a small kitchen area! And it's very quiet at night! A Definite 5 stars in my book!Food & drinks: Nearby restaurants everywhere! 25 minutes from Nashville!!!”
