“Just a quick trip for the husband and myself. The staff were friendly and the whole place was clean. The room was small but it was perfect for what we needed. The bed and pillows were comfy. Limited breakfast options, but it was fresh and enough for us, especially with the price. We would stay here again!”

“I drive truck cross country. Truck needed to go in the shop and I had a really bad case of the flu. Checked in and spent several nights here. Great staff, Courtney at check in was amazing. When I had problems with my tv she came right up to help me solve it.
Savannah and Louis are just amazing people.
Southern Hospitality reigns here! This will be my new place to stay in the Nashville area! Appears they are undergoing a bit of a remodel/facelift. Can't wait to see the outcome. Nice painting Savannah!!

“We stayed at this property during the January Ice storm. The staff was amazing! It appeared they were short staffed due to the weather. They were very busy due to the power outages all over Nashville. You would see an employee at the front desk and then the same person cleaning rooms! They jumped in and helped wherever it was needed. I needed extra items and it would be delivered immediately with a smile! The breakfast was very good which is unusual for a hotel breakfast. Very impressive staff! Fairfield/Marriott I hope you appreciate the staff at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Smyrna!”

“The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. It’s also in a great location, close to plenty of shopping and food options, which was super convenient. The staff really stood out as well; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Definitely a great experience overall!”

“For a short, non family stay, this place was fine. It seems relatively new or renovated.

The location is great and is surrounded by other relatively new or renovated hitels.

When walking in, you get a scent similar to the Beach Club at Disney. It is VERY strong.

The indoor had clean and appropriately chlorinated water. But it also had grass clippings, a spider and a centipede like insect in it. It just needed a skimmer.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was nicer looking than most hotels in this price range.

The bathroom, however does not have ventilation, had some lightbulbs out or mossong from the ceiling fixture. The door also looked like it was rescued from a flood like event. The bottom 2 inches had a discolored water stain and was structurally distressed.

The breakfast buffet was descent but had the same things to choose from both days of our stay. It took a while for it to be restocked during a minimally busy time.

At checkout we never had someone at the desk to checkout with. They had a sign with a number to call to talk with someone or signal them we were at the desk. I called 5 times and only got someone to pickup on the last time. They never showed up and told me to leave a key to our room.”
