DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Will not return any calls, maintenance issues do not get repaired all the way, will have unexpected fees not aware of, AND THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER EVELYN IS NO BETTER. If you have a complaint go to corporate, she will not do her job and if she says she will call you back she won’t.

Mold in bathroom, no smoke detected in apartment. Management is rude and will have the close sign up but be in the office doing wherever. Water damage from upstairs apartment. Leaking AC into apartment. The complex has gone down. Rent is too high for the issues that are not being taken care of
