I have stayed here multiple times. There is always so type of issues. This time they let me check in and didn't even told me their hot water is off. I worked a 16 hour shift and need a shower. They should be required to tell people there is no hot water.

Room was dirty hot tub didn't have handle on hot water side. Plus it flooded room. Gave us another room it was clean but same thing water went in floor I want never go back guy acused me for flooding room and that was not true at alll
