Steve Johns Appliance is a well-established, family-owned business that has been serving customers since 1971. Specializing in appliances and parts, the store offers a large selection of new items, including USA-built Speed Queen washers and dryers, as well as brands like Whirlpool, Amana, Maytag, KitchenAid, and GE. The store is known for its expert service, knowledgeable staff, and quick availability of fast-moving parts, making it a reliable choice for appliance needs.
Customers appreciate the friendly and caring staff, who go above and beyond to help with both big and small requests. For example, they quickly provided a needed oven heating element and even made a custom quick connector wire for a customer’s oven, doing so free of charge and treating the customer like family. The store also offers competitive pricing, often matching or beating big box store prices, and has items in stock rather than waiting days for delivery.
In addition to sales, Steve Johns Appliance is known for its exceptional customer service, including emergency support during holidays and after-hours. They have helped customers find hard-to-get parts and appliances, including used models that work well. Overall, the business combines a wide selection, affordability, and a caring attitude, making it a trusted resource for appliance sales and repairs in the community.
