Best group in Springhill by far, probably greater Nashville, period.

Just had to come on here and applaud his skill in literally making the process painless!! “Very helpful and pleasant staff at the pharmacy. The prescription wasn't covered by my insurance, so we paid out of pocket. They quoted me a price and said it would be ready in an hour after their lunch break.
Turns out I got a text within 15 minutes saying the prescription was ready, and they applied a Walgreens coupon and dropped the cost quite a bit.”

“We switched over to B&B Apothecary after multiple negative experiences with the local big box pharmacies -- they wouldn't have the medication in stock even though the script was sent in weeks before or could only offer a partial fill and then force a forfeit on the remaining fill.
Our first pickup at B&B Apothecary was a refreshing experience. The prescription was already prepared and quickly offered for pick-up upon checking in with Ahmad. I appreciate his people-first customer service orientation and love that we are directly connected to B&B Apothecary and Ahmad's expertise when calling, no phone menu to wade through to talk to the pharm tech/pharmacist.”
