“I've been using compound medications for over a decade now I have had experiences across the country with various pharmacies. Happy to say that The staff here is wonderful! I had to transfer several prescriptions from my compounding pharmacy in Virginia and they took care of everything! They even made my compounds better by dosing them differently which meant less cost to me (as insurance doesn't cover them) and less to apply (they are skin creams). Whoot whoot! Very friendly, helpful and caring of their customers. A gem to find while staying with family for a bit. Highly recommend!”

“Outstanding order ahead/catering service! Used them for a party and everyone loved the food! The prosciutto skewers, dips and cheese platter were a hit! Cuban Mojo Sliders were all gone and regular sandwich slider assortment was great! They have deviled eggs and they were okay. Little Bundt cakes were delicious and the mini fruit tarts all disappeared. Food was delicious and you can't beat the price. Plus Publix Staff is helpful and really got our order out quick to us!”

“This Walgreens, located at the corner of Cool Springs Boulevard and Mallory Lane in Franklin is your standard Walgreens location for the most part. The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!”

“We love this Publix. The store is clean, nicely maintained, the aisles are spacious and well organized. The people are very friendly and helpful. For a smaller Publix, there's a really impressive variety of products. They're not always 100% on keeping things stocked - sometimes an item will have to stay on the list from one trip to the next, and the occasional side trip to Kroger or a larger Publix is required, but not very often. Most of the Publix brand options are quite good, a few not so much. For example, coming from Texas, where the salsas are plentiful and delicious, it was a little hard to find our new "house" salsa. I was buying the wife Pace, and when she tried Pace next to Publix hot salsa, she pronounced Pace bad and Publix the one to buy. Bonus tip, Publix queso is pretty danged tasty as well. So handy to pick up freshly made pizza dough in the bakery for a dinner treat. On the other hand, Publix tissues are a little too cardboardy, and the frozen veggies can be hit or miss. But I find it not a big deal to try and learn what the quality products and deals are. I generally trust Publix brand items more than any other grocery. I might give them a 4 star review, but when I tired of making a regular trip to a Kroger just to pick up an item Publix didn't carry, I mentioned it to them, and they thanked me for being a loyal customer and promptly started stocking it. Between the wide selection, their willingness to carry the products you want, the cleanliness and friendliness of the store, it would be silly not to give them 5 stars.”

“Today the staff was extremely short staffed due to illness. The teamwork exhibited by those personnel working was very impressive - pharmacists, store managers, & pharmacy techs alike. The pharmacist, ERICA, was the absolute best! I had an appointment for vaccinations and she was still extremely thorough and patient despite the build up of customers.My only recommendation would be to shut down the online appointment scheduler when the pharmacy already knows it is vastly understaffed - I had just scheduled my appointment today and it over burdened a staff just trying to stay afloat.”
“This location is older but the check out process is always much faster than any of the other Krogers in Franklin/Brentwood. This Kroger always has the "express" lane open while other locations do not. The employees are always kind and welcoming which is obviously huge.”

“I am a Kroger guy at heart, so having this location so close to the office is fantastic for those after work trips to scoop up dinner! Located in the very busy area on Mallory alongside other major retailers and a few local spots, this Kroger location is convenient and a hassle at the same time. For the most part this is an old style Kroger that features a lot of interior upgrades. The footprint is smaller, but due to the way it is laid out, it flows just as well as some of the bigger stores. I really enjoy the perimeter aisles and specialty sections as they are the spaces that have seen the most updates. The store is decently stocked, well maintained and clean. Good amount of carts inside, even though I do wish all Kroger's would purchase more of the small 2-basket carts!!! Service is always good here and the register set-up for check out is efficient. Overall, this is not my neighborhood location near my house, but it is my office neighborhood Kroger, which I am good with!”
