“I order from them and all is shipped in a timely manner. Their customer service is A++++. If I have a question, they listen, do not rush and take the time to make sure all/any concerns are addressed. Pricing on the particular injectable I receive is much cheaper than anywhere I could get locally. Highly recommend this pharmacy!!”

“I transferred all of my prescriptions a couple of years ago from CVS (Liberty Pike) to the Berry Farms Publix Pharmacy due to the terrible customer service (or lack there of) at CVS and I’m so happy I did! CVS was constantly out of my prescription and refused to ever tell me if other CVS’s had it in stock. However, Publix always has it in stock and ready to go! There was once they did not have it and they contacted other Publix locations until they found one who carried it and called me within the hour to give me the good news. In addition, recently I was having some issues with my insurance covering a medication I received a prior authorization for and the Pharmacy Tech was so professional and took his time trying to figure out the issue. He told me he’d call me back when he figured it out and sure enough, within about 10 minutes he called me back and had a solution that resulted in me being able to pick up my prescription before expected. I’m always so impressed with the professional, care and excellent customer service at this location. They go above and beyond to help and I’m so appreciative!”

“I've been using compound medications for over a decade now I have had experiences across the country with various pharmacies. Happy to say that The staff here is wonderful! I had to transfer several prescriptions from my compounding pharmacy in Virginia and they took care of everything! They even made my compounds better by dosing them differently which meant less cost to me (as insurance doesn't cover them) and less to apply (they are skin creams). Whoot whoot! Very friendly, helpful and caring of their customers. A gem to find while staying with family for a bit. Highly recommend!”

“Outstanding order ahead/catering service! Used them for a party and everyone loved the food! The prosciutto skewers, dips and cheese platter were a hit! Cuban Mojo Sliders were all gone and regular sandwich slider assortment was great! They have deviled eggs and they were okay. Little Bundt cakes were delicious and the mini fruit tarts all disappeared. Food was delicious and you can't beat the price. Plus Publix Staff is helpful and really got our order out quick to us!”

“I had a great experience with the team at Sam Tire. I came in with a tire leak without an appointment, and they took care of me right away. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They fixed the issue quickly and made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciate their excellent service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire help!”

“Wow. I was impressed! Kroger has generally ranked about 2nd on my list of favorite grocery stores to shop. But that is about to change. In some ways upon entering, this particular store reminded me a bit of the display entrance at Whole Foods. But it's not that. Nevertheless, the produce displays appear fresh and brightly lighted. Aisles of caned and other packaged goods are filled. Beer and wine are plentiful. The store's deli is good, the cheese array is excellent, the meat and seafood counter are both well-stocked. Since there are other grocery stores closer to my home, I'll likely not shop this on e very often, but if you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping and shopping.”

“The pharmacy staff here is so genuinely kind and helpful! This is the first pharmacy I've used that I don't dread calling or going to pick-up because I know they'll be responsive, friendly, and actually wanting to assist. They aren't even the closest pharmacy to me, but it's worth the extra drive. I've been using them for almost a year and it's been consistent the entire time. Highly recommend!”

“This pharmacy has consistently been great. When my recent medication refill was really expensive, they found a coupon and saved me well over $100, just by looking past what my insurance would cover. That's customer service, and very much appreciated.”

“This Walgreens, located at the corner of Cool Springs Boulevard and Mallory Lane in Franklin is your standard Walgreens location for the most part. The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!”

“Holy cow, I've never had a better experience like this one at Walgreens. I arrived for a passport photo and the crew was working together to find a missing phone for a customer. When I got help, I felt like I was being assisted by an old friend. Timely and accurate service. So happy with my visit.”

“I was visiting a relative that lives in Westhaven and needed some brewkies. This Kroger was beautiful. It puts the ones near my residence in Ohio to shame. But given the fact that it's a a high dollar neighborhood they couldn't go cheap on this store.”

“While the staff at Kroger can't hold a candle to how polite people are at Publix, it is overall a convenient store. They tend to have most of what I am looking for, but good luck if you need an actual person to ask a question to. Otherwise, convenient and usually quite clean but sometimes seems to run out of stock of items.”
