“I transferred all of my prescriptions a couple of years ago from CVS (Liberty Pike) to the Berry Farms Publix Pharmacy due to the terrible customer service (or lack there of) at CVS and I’m so happy I did! CVS was constantly out of my prescription and refused to ever tell me if other CVS’s had it in stock. However, Publix always has it in stock and ready to go! There was once they did not have it and they contacted other Publix locations until they found one who carried it and called me within the hour to give me the good news. In addition, recently I was having some issues with my insurance covering a medication I received a prior authorization for and the Pharmacy Tech was so professional and took his time trying to figure out the issue. He told me he’d call me back when he figured it out and sure enough, within about 10 minutes he called me back and had a solution that resulted in me being able to pick up my prescription before expected. I’m always so impressed with the professional, care and excellent customer service at this location. They go above and beyond to help and I’m so appreciative!”

“Outstanding order ahead/catering service! Used them for a party and everyone loved the food! The prosciutto skewers, dips and cheese platter were a hit! Cuban Mojo Sliders were all gone and regular sandwich slider assortment was great! They have deviled eggs and they were okay. Little Bundt cakes were delicious and the mini fruit tarts all disappeared. Food was delicious and you can't beat the price. Plus Publix Staff is helpful and really got our order out quick to us!”

“I've been using compound medications for over a decade now I have had experiences across the country with various pharmacies. Happy to say that The staff here is wonderful! I had to transfer several prescriptions from my compounding pharmacy in Virginia and they took care of everything! They even made my compounds better by dosing them differently which meant less cost to me (as insurance doesn't cover them) and less to apply (they are skin creams). Whoot whoot! Very friendly, helpful and caring of their customers. A gem to find while staying with family for a bit. Highly recommend!”
