“Whoever is managing this location can you kindly speak with your elderly employees, I've had very rude experiences here that has kept me from shopping here frequently as I once did... Just be kind, be nice, and considerate to others.. It's some very hateful angry elderly women working there.”
“The previous review couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve been shopping at this location for three years. The staff are both friendly and helpful. This store in Spring Hill has all of the discounts and sales that all other Aldi locations have. Of course there are no self-checkouts. I have never seen anyone at Aldi being rude, unfriendly or rushing customers along. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the products. The service is excellent, the employees work hard, the checkout is fast & friendly and when the line gets long the cashier will call for a new line to open, which happens very quickly as every employee can serve as a backup cashier. Overall, the prices and service cannot be beat!

If I was the manager of this joint, I would give this dude free things, such as snacks, lunch, or even, I daresay, a free PS5. “I don't like shopping in the store since you can never find anyone to help and the app takes forever to upload but I do like their pick up service . They are usually spot on and are out as soon as I arrive .”
“I don’t usually expect much more than quick convenience when I stop at a Dollar General, but the one on Keelon Gap Rd. in Spring Hill really stands out in the best way.
Dollar General is consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked, which makes a huge difference when you’re just trying to get in and out quickly. The aisles are easy to navigate, and I’ve noticed they’ve been doing a great job keeping shelves faced and clutter under control compared to a lot of similar stores.
The staff deserves a lot of credit too. Every time I’ve been in, they’ve been friendly, helpful, and willing to actually stop what they’re doing to point me in the right direction or check on inventory. That kind of attitude makes a simple shopping trip feel a lot more pleasant.
It’s also just really convenient for everyday essentials—snacks, household items, cleaning supplies, and last-minute needs—without having to drive across town.
Overall, this location does exactly what a good Dollar General should do, but better: it’s reliable, clean, and staffed by people who care.”

“Clean, staff is generally friendly although some of the cashiers are not properly trained and don't know how to do checks. I was shopping for a friend and I paid cash for half of my order, and charged her half of the order -- the clerk had no idea how to handle it and rang the whole thing up on a credit card, we had to re-ring it and that didn't work I had to go to customer service and they rang it all up a third time, it was ridiculous!!”
