“Whoever is managing this location can you kindly speak with your elderly employees, I've had very rude experiences here that has kept me from shopping here frequently as I once did... Just be kind, be nice, and considerate to others.. It's some very hateful angry elderly women working there.”
“The previous review couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve been shopping at this location for three years. The staff are both friendly and helpful. This store in Spring Hill has all of the discounts and sales that all other Aldi locations have. Of course there are no self-checkouts. I have never seen anyone at Aldi being rude, unfriendly or rushing customers along. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the products. The service is excellent, the employees work hard, the checkout is fast & friendly and when the line gets long the cashier will call for a new line to open, which happens very quickly as every employee can serve as a backup cashier. Overall, the prices and service cannot be beat!

“I don't like shopping in the store since you can never find anyone to help and the app takes forever to upload but I do like their pick up service . They are usually spot on and are out as soon as I arrive .”
“Went to several service stations to simply get one bag of ice. Each gas station was totally out of ice. I just decided to pull into Dollar general to see if they might have ice low and behold they had a whole bin available. Who knew?”

“I had shingles and I went through a few different medicines the pharmacist explained how to take them each time I came, and he would inform me if I should stop taking one medicine. Each time I could tell that he was concerned about what I was dealing with. Thank you God bless you”

“Clean, staff is generally friendly although some of the cashiers are not properly trained and don't know how to do checks. I was shopping for a friend and I paid cash for half of my order, and charged her half of the order -- the clerk had no idea how to handle it and rang the whole thing up on a credit card, we had to re-ring it and that didn't work I had to go to customer service and they rang it all up a third time, it was ridiculous!!”
