“Today I went in for a replacement phone and I was met with a woman screaming, cussing out and threatening every employee in the building. The four men that were there were doing their best to help her and she met them with nothing but rudeness, more screaming, yelling, cussing and threatening. She also threatened to fight me in the street when I confronted her about her awful behavior. All four gentlemen in the store were wonderful and took care of everything that I needed and were going above and beyond in their customer service. They all honestly deserve a raise for what they have to deal with. Once my phone is ready for trade-in this will definitely be my store and I recommend them for your cellular needs.”
“The 611 service center for cricket, im assuning overseas, do a very poor job i need help. They tell me they cant resolve the problem or give me a different number to call. I had to drive 20 miles to springfield Tennesse, everytime i come to this store my problems are resolved within five minutes, i think they shpuld be in charge of the control centers cause they know what they are doing. I think Bruno did a great job and helped me resolve my issue.”
“I went to the store extremely frustrated with ATT. I was greeted by both employees and was lucky to have Brian be my customer service representative. Professional, well spoken and super knowledgeable about product and plans, Brian had me laughing and instead of parting ways with ATT he had me in a plan that suited my needs and picking a phone that suited my wants. He had me laughing and in no time it felt like I had never been frustrated at all I had definitely made what I consider a new friend.He went above and beyond by finding out what my frustrations were so that he could make sure they were addressed and not something I had to just deal with. I really CAN NOT say enough about this spectacular young man. I was ready to switch to Verizon that. “Called at 10:30, he was able to fit me in at 12:30. I’m not local to Springfield so he met with me and fixed my phone screen right there in 15 minutes. He was very friendly and transparent. About $50 cheaper than other quotes, also. I absolutely recommend!!”
