“I read reviews in order to understand how I can better serve my customers. Yes, there have been a few times I allowed myself to break. By this I mean I do not defuse a situation properly. Not because I lack respect nor because I am rude, it because I'm human and I'm not perfect.A few of these reviews, including the most recent, are not completely true. What they failed to mention is that I, for one, will normally do an exchange on worn shoes. And that I will call for approval to do a refund for any shoes that break our policy. Policy is not written by the store. It is written by the company. For a customer to get upset because we do our jobs thoroughly and is dishonest in their reviews is upsetting for me. But that is the nature of retail.I say all that to say this. We are all human with good days and bad. Therefore, if we have wronged you, allow us the chance to show you we do aim to please. But also, Please keep in mind we all make mistakes, miscommunication happens. we do this job because we want to serve people. But we also have to protect our company from fraudulent claims as well.”
