“Visited on 1/13/24. Have seen videos of the store on You Tube via the Appalachian channel. Tiffany is carrying on a family tradition of serving the community of Rugby TN. It was a Great pleasure to meet her and all the folks at the store. "The Tiffany" as she referred to her fried bologna sandwich was amazing. We enjoyed looking around the store at all the fine photos and local photo clippings. I purchased a R.M. Brooks General Store long sleeve shirt to advertise in my hometown.”

“Good place to pick up just about anything. Clean store. They have a good menu that's pretty tasty. Gas pumps work pretty fast. Owners are friendly and will greet you with great service. Overall definitely a great and friendly place to stop in.”

“Always clean and shelves are never empty. Cashiers are always nice every time I've ever been there. Prices are sometimes a little higher but not always and they have great sales. Definitely recommend and will be back”
“Love Save a Lot and the employees are so wonderful, they are helpful with anything you need, Lora is an amazing manager and so helpful and kind and friendly and sweet, she goes out of her way to help shoppers and Tina is great and kind and sweet as are all the people there, the people in the back, produce and meat department are wonderful as is all the cashier's, this store is wonderful, wish I could give 10 stars, THANK YOU ALL SAVE A LOT EMPLOYEES YOU ALL ARE THE BEST.”
“Like most dollar stores, this one offers an array of general merchandise at low prices. This particular location is the same, although it had a reputation for being a mess, they have done much to improve the store's presentation and it is looking better than it used to. Local rumor is they are preparing to open a new location about 1-2 miles south on the same road and closing this one. That new building appears to be nearing completion.”

“Very friendly and courteous employees, very easy to find what you're looking for, and speedy check-outs. The hourly staff are doing the best they can with a manager that is about to retire and don't care at all about the store leaving everything up to the assistant manager Angela Kreis to run it and actually the store is cleaner an more organized when the manager is gone”
