Crescent Center Drug Store is a fantastic local pharmacy that truly cares about its customers. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the care you need. Unlike big chain pharmacies, they provide a personal touch, remembering your name and making you feel like more than just a number.
Their prescription service is fast and efficient, and they take the time to explain medications and answer any questions. They also have a great selection of over-the-counter medicines, medical supplies, and wellness products.

“Food City is the grocery option in my small town, and they could be pretty much however they wanted and still survive, but they are excellent. I would go here even if I could go someplace else without leaving town. The pharmacy is great as well. They really go the extra mile for you. The curbside/ Instacart shoppers are very good and communicate everything with you. 10/10 and definitely recommend.”

“I recently got insurance and found out I was paying for prescriptions I didn't have to. The staff quickly assured me they could help and seemingly took me under their wing. I have not paid for my prescription again. They are always quick to fill my meds, and I have never had to wait. Plus, their automated system when calling is easy to navigate and quick to give you to a human if that is your desire. It sure is mine. I'd recommend this pharmacy for its down-home qualities mixed in with a high level of professionalism.”

“I like Food City but they need more things for people who can’t eat sodium. I would love to see no salt pretzel’s, popcorn , tomato sauce , tomato paste, spaghetti sauce, Ezekiel’s bread. There are a lot of people who have heart conditions and can’t eat out in restaurants. I went in today to use the scooter and someone was sitting in and employees were talking to him. I have a heart condition and I can’t walk and I had to grab a buggy and I almost collapsed before I left. I may look young on outside but inside no. They need a bench for people and not let people sit on scooters.”

“I was traveling out of state and needed to refill a prescription from another pharmacy. The pharmacist took the time to call 2 different pharmacies to get them transferred and found one of them to be closed on a Saturday so he mentioned that I should be able to go to the local pharmacy here in town and have them fill it for me because they should be able to share data base. He also took time to look up any savings cards I may have. Very nice and professional and great southern hospitality!”

“I called this location because I was notified that my package was delivered, but it was not at my home. After trying to report it on my app and then calling the helpline, I was frustrated because I couldn’t get any help. When I called, I was so lucky to get Dominique. He took several steps to try to locate my shipment and look up the delivery service. During the process, I realized it was my fault after all. Embarrassed, I explained to Dominique that I had shipped it to the wrong address. He had been so kind, patient, and helpful. He was even gracious when I told him I had put him through all of the hassle for nothing. His customer service was exceptional and an example of how all customer service calls should be handled. Five stars for Dominique!”

“So we were making a road trip, and forgot my medicine that I need to take each day... major bummer. So, we had the idea to stop and see the pharmacist to see if we could get a week's supply. We had to pay for it, i.e. the insurance would not cover it as we had sufficient medicine at home, but compared to dying, the price was cheap. The lady at the pharmacy was helpful, and gave us just enough to be able to get back home. They also have ice cream, and a lots of snacks for a road trip. All in all, a win. By the way, it did not take the pharmacist too very long to fill the request.”
