We had other movers lined up to help us unload our uhaul but after they kept telling they'd be at our place in an hour, then another hour, then another, we called affordable moving and Lori hooked us up with some great help immediately (keep in mind this was around 8 at night) and at a great price. “We've stored "stuff" here for 3 years.The lights on the interior hallways do NOT stay on. The sensor switch is too far from any but the closest storage units to capture motion and stay on.The sensor switch "push to stay on" function does not work.This needs attention.”
“I have rented from Express Storage now for over a year, and I have had not one problem. The signing up was easy, the payment each month was reoccurring on my credit card and that was a good thing. “So far so good! We have a climate controlled unit. The building is clean. When we see a roach, spider or other bugs they are already dead. Easy to enter and leave. Gates work great with 24/7 access. So far the best storage we have ever used.”
“Last time we moved we used Davis Moving and they sent 2 guys who would work 20 minutes and then take a 20 minute smoke and phone break. They were charging per hour too and it made us very upset. We called West TN Moving & Storage for this move but turned them down when they quoted us $1450 to move our things that we knew wouldn't take more than 4 hours to move. They tried to take advantage by charging for almost 10 hours for a job that would take less than half that time. This time we used Jackson Moving & Storage. They didn't take even one break and they moved very quickly and carefully and were also nice people. Their charge was $495 for everything. They were fair at $150 per hour and didn't try to cheat us. I would highly recommend this company for moving. They don't try to take advantage of you like the others.”
“Its a decent storage facility. Ive never had any issues but I wouldn't want to be there after dark. And yes, ive had a storage unit with you for over a year now. I didn't say it wasn't well lit, only that it gives ME a creepy vibe after dark.”

“The customer service was great and the prices were better than other places I called.
Edit: Rented this bay on a Saturday. Was told one of the doors wouldn't raise and they would call someone to have it fixed. We began moving things in that day, so a lock was put on each door. It is now Thursday and the door still has not been fixed. They have never called me to come unlock the door. Not only are they charging for this bay, but they are costing me my time and gas. Not sure their prices are better now.”

“I've been renting each summer for the past 3 years, I have had no problems with customer service, the lady that works there is extremely friendly and helpful! You can rent online or call and pay over the phone, I prefer calling. Facilities are always clean and safe, you get a gate code and 24 hr access. I recommend buying a lock with a key or you can buy one at their office for $12. I definitely recommend renting here!”
“An IT glitch caused an issue with appointment scheduling. While it was momentarily frustrating I am VERY impressed with how this location managed their service recovery. They couldn't do the service I scheduled because they don't currently have that type of technician, but they also weren't in control of how U haul scheduling solutions managed the blocks on their calender - but they took total responsibility for service recovery, and that's worth 5 stars every time! I will definitely use them again.”
