“These guys went above and beyond on my truck after I thought it was totalled… not only did they wash the outside but they totally cleaned and detailed the inside like I am in a brand new truck… not to mention there was some misunderstandings between me and my insurance and all the paperwork but the owner talked to me like a person and not a customer and we got everything worked out so easy… I would give them 10 stars if I could they are so easy to get in touch with they always answer the phone and and are always straight up with you… couldn’t ask for better service and the whole right front of my 2022 Silverado was jacked up and after them repairing it I feel like it looks better than new. “I bought some new wiper blades there less than a month ago. I splurged and went for the premium blades. They lasted 21 days, and then both came apart. I stopped in today to see if they were warrantied or guaranteed for a certain amount of time. The lady at checkout replaced them without question, and even without me having my receipt. Great friendly service!”

“I just wanted to take a second to brag on Cordell Varney that works at the Erwin Tennessee store. Today I had to go and get a lug nut for my tire due to one needing replaced and Cordell not only helped me find what I needed, was very pleasant to talk to, handled everything with care and enthusiasm! He also made sure that I got the lug nut on my car tight and was ready to go. I know most of the time people are only spreading the bad, but I wanted to take the time to let you know he’s an outstanding employee!”
“Called ahead to see if the part I needed was in stock and counter man had it laying on the counter when I got there. It was the only one I could find in any store in the tri-cities. That got my hay baler repaired so I could beat the coming rain. It was a 20 mile drive to this store from where I live but worth the trip. I got what I needed from an experienced and friendly employee, and I liked the old parts house atmosphere inside the store. I hate all these new big box store style parts houses where the salespeople don't know anything but what they can look up on a computer so it was a real treat to experience this store.”

I'm hoping that's all I have to get but I may get some more depending on what they have extra I love my Honda so I try to go all out. If you own a Honda of any kind this is the place to be.
