“On a random Saturday afternoon, I was asked to join my buddy on a mission. A mission to trade his clapped out ram 1500 for a clapped out Audi S5. It was here, in Erwin Tn, middle of absolutely no where, where this deal occurred.
The amazing staff at autozone cautiously cheered us on as we declared we had a 2 hour drive home. They wished us well, and sold as a quart of oil after scanning our vehicle for codes. Rest assured it was light up like a Christmas tree. Surprisingly the car made it home with absolutely no issues!”

The next day they had my battery waiting for me and offered to put it on, but I was on the way to pick up my car so the nice gentleman took it out to my friends car for me. “Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repairs from a rear end collision on July 10. My insurance company gave an estimate and the work was accomplished in less than 10 days. As promised it was returned to its original look, and the paint was a perfect match. Professionals all the way. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Great working with Mr. Rios. I would recommend the Elizabethton Collision Center located at the Ford dealership to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle. Top of the line.

“Called ahead to see if the part I needed was in stock and counter man had it laying on the counter when I got there. It was the only one I could find in any store in the tri-cities. That got my hay baler repaired so I could beat the coming rain. It was a 20 mile drive to this store from where I live but worth the trip. I got what I needed from an experienced and friendly employee, and I liked the old parts house atmosphere inside the store. I hate all these new big box store style parts houses where the salespeople don't know anything but what they can look up on a computer so it was a real treat to experience this store.”
