He worked to take a +$350 screen replacement down to $0 dollars and got me out the door with a new screen for free in less than 2 hours!”

“I just upgraded my phone at the West Market Street location (#467). Chris W. was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me choose and set up my new Moto g stylus 5g! Customer service is simply non- existant in most businesses these days, Chris however, was kind, knowledgeable and really awesome! Cricket wireless is lucky to have him as an employee and should take care of him! I will seek him out in the future when I need help with my phone! Thank you Chris!!!!”

“I called ahead to check if they had the umbrellas they were giving away and they were very helpful and kind. When I got to the store I was unable to pull up my code because my internet service hasn't been working well and I need to replace my phone so he still allowed me to take one. I really appreciated that as we do not have a store in our location anymore and I just happen to be up there for a doctor's appointment.”

I was told to hold on just a minute done been there for 15 mins waiting patiently I have my wife and kids in the van waiting on me time is not a thing you hold on to when you are kind of in the mood to get things done you get them done so I left going out the door I said I'll hold on to a minute you can have all afternoon to help them I went to the other store in Johnson City was.
