“We had robin and it was the most pleasant experience ever. Our bill was fixed and cut almost in half after we went through and got all the stuff that wasn’t needed off. Robin was very knowledgeable about what was happening and all the stuff on our bill and took time to explain everything to us.”

“I've had Cricket as my phone carrier for many years. There's been times when I've been tempted to switch because another carrier has an incredible sounding offer available, but then I remember how reliable my service has been, how I never have any dropped calls, and how many of my friends don't have service in areas where I always do. That's what keeps me as a loyal Cricket customer. When I've had an issue (rarely), customer service has always been great. Plus, I'm still paying the same price as I did when I joined...$50 for an unlimited plan. I'm not a big gamer but I do post a lot of pictures/videos, and this plan suits me perfectly.”

“I just upgraded my phone at the West Market Street location (#467). Chris W. was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me choose and set up my new Moto g stylus 5g! Customer service is simply non- existant in most businesses these days, Chris however, was kind, knowledgeable and really awesome! Cricket wireless is lucky to have him as an employee and should take care of him! I will seek him out in the future when I need help with my phone! Thank you Chris!!!!”

“I called ahead to check if they had the umbrellas they were giving away and they were very helpful and kind. When I got to the store I was unable to pull up my code because my internet service hasn't been working well and I need to replace my phone so he still allowed me to take one. I really appreciated that as we do not have a store in our location anymore and I just happen to be up there for a doctor's appointment.”

“Ever had are have a person at store tell u hold on am with a customer and the customer did know what he are her want in a a portable speaker so I ask if I can pay my bill why they made up there mind ... I was told to hold on just a minute done been there for 15 mins waiting patiently I have my wife and kids in the van waiting on me time is not a thing you hold on to when you are kind of in the mood to get things done you get them done so I left going out the door I said I'll hold on to a minute you can have all afternoon to help them I went to the other store in Johnson City was. Done better there was in and out there under 5 minutes. ?????”

Zeb is an expert in technical issues and helped to transfer all of the data from my old cell phone over to my new phone. Great prices across the board. I remain very pleased with all of my Spectrum services.”
“I had a nightmare situation with dropping my phone in water, and I had to get that solved ASAP since my job requires a working phone. Long story short, they got me hooked up with a new phone while also helping me figure out how to get my old phone photos and videos saved through an insurance fiasco, without calling it a total loss. Daniel was super helpful and I was back up in running within a day, ANDDD got my photos/videos saved with their guidance.”
