He worked to take a +$350 screen replacement down to $0 dollars and got me out the door with a new screen for free in less than 2 hours!”

Customer service is simply non- existant in most businesses these days, Chris however, was kind, knowledgeable and really awesome! “Ever had are have a person at store tell u hold on am with a customer and the customer did know what he are her want in a a portable speaker so I ask if I can pay my bill why they made up there mind ... When I got to the store I was unable to pull up my code because my internet service hasn't been working well and I need to replace my phone so he still allowed me to take one. I really appreciated that as we do not have a store in our location anymore and I just happen to be up there for a doctor's appointment.”
