“Allison was incredibly helpful with my trade in. She texted me to help me figure out how to remove my old iPhone and helped me to make sure I got back the maximum trade in value. I recommend her when you go to Verizon Unicoi.”

“I called to get my 14 pro max to get repaired, there was a guy named Ray. He was very professional and i gave him a heads up that i was 14 so i wouldnt be paying, my parents would (id pay a precentage) but he still gave me a price rundown and told me possible issues wrong with it.”

“Brianna was very helpful I’m still having issues getting my phone set up because I couldn’t remember my apple password. I wish I lived closer to Johnson City I believe if I would have had more time she could have gotten it fixed.”

“After trying a few other places like Discount Tire that try to sell you a 30,000 mile warranty on your blinker fluid, I was surprised by how great the experience was here. We live in Johnson City, so it's a little bit of a hike, but more than worth it. Called and asked if they had my tires, told me the price, I brought the car down, grabbed lunch at the Sub Station, and they had my tires on. They also charged me the price they said they were going to on the phone, which is pretty wild in 2026. I don't really see myself going anywhere else from now on.”

“I just upgraded my phone at the West Market Street location (#467). Chris W. was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me choose and set up my new Moto g stylus 5g! Customer service is simply non- existant in most businesses these days, Chris however, was kind, knowledgeable and really awesome! Cricket wireless is lucky to have him as an employee and should take care of him! I will seek him out in the future when I need help with my phone! Thank you Chris!!!!”

“I had a great experience with William, my finger didn't even touch the 1, just grazed near it and it put that I was very dissatisfied, technology is terrible. But, he was amazing and I apologize for the wrong review on the text survey! You did great!!!”

“I called ahead to check if they had the umbrellas they were giving away and they were very helpful and kind. When I got to the store I was unable to pull up my code because my internet service hasn't been working well and I need to replace my phone so he still allowed me to take one. I really appreciated that as we do not have a store in our location anymore and I just happen to be up there for a doctor's appointment.”
