Today I picked up my son's vehicle for warranty/repair work. I asked if they offered a military discount. Was told yes, but only $100. Which was a 2% discount on a $5000 bill. But the slap in the face was I was then charged $149 fee for using a credit card! Dealerships in the Nashville area offer a 10% discount for Military members. To have an Airbase in your backyard, you would think they would be more considerate to the military community. From now on I will take my business elsewhere!

“I drove from Nashville over the weekend to look at several Armada Pro-4xs. Newton had the best selection of any dealerships in the Nashville area. I was impressed with the Armada and ended up trading my 24 Toyota LC for it.
Greg was my salesmen and did a great job explaining everything about the car and helping work a fair deal for me. They were more than fair with my trade-in and I got a great price on the Armada.
Their service was great and I really liked their no pressure style, while still giving me attention. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and felt they were very transparent.
I had a prior commitment that day and gave them a timeline when I walked thru the door - they made sure that I was in and out within a couple of hrs. Very smooth deal!

“Took my 2015 Taurus to Wayne for a water pump replacement. He had it fixed and ready to go within 3 days. After getting the car back, I noticed something wasn’t right. The check engine light came on. After notifying and explaining to Wayne, he said bring it back. He ran the code, fixed the issue and I picked it up. The check engine light came on again after I picked it up for the second time. I notified Wayne, he said bring it back. He went over the entire process of the timing chain again with a fine tooth comb to find the issue. I now have my car back to 100% and couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service he gave me!! I will definitely be going back for maintenance and any other issues with my vehicles!!
