Ms. Jennie changed all of that. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine love for dogs helped Hank rebuild his confidence in ways we never thought possible. She took the time to understand him, worked with him at his own pace, and gave us the tools and confidence we needed as owners too. Today he's a happy, confident dog who can even walk off leash—something we never would have considered before working with her.
