1212 Dinah Shore Boulevard, WinchesterI have a 120lb Great Dane who’s been groomed before but doesn’t like anything but his mama, daddy and his “kids” (human siblings) it got to be to much for the prior groomer so we took him to Liz and the crew at Wizard of Paws and WOW! He did perfectly! Getting him in the tub was hilarious ? but nonetheless they all handled him beautifully, carefully and with immense compassion AND patience! Liz and Brandee kept us updated on how he was doing and he came out strutting like the handsome gentleman he is! He smelled so good, and unlike everywhere else we’ve been he STAYED smelling good! He was so soft, his nails were perfect and his ears spotless! I am super grateful for their whole staff as they made my baby and us comfortable. We just adopted a dachshund and will not be taking her anywhere else, Liz and her team will forever have our business!

44 Aedc Road, WinchesterNoticed late Friday afternoon that our dog, Scout, had an issue with his left ear. Upon inspection I saw it was bloody and inflamed inside. Was too late to get him to his Vet, and they're closed all weekend Put out a quest on fb for recommendations, got a number of them but they were all different. Saturday AM started calling, closest first. All were closed or could not see him (5) until I got to Town and Country in Winchester. They said they were booked for the day, but would work him in. Best experience at a Vet's office ever. Got him in within just a few minutes of our arrival. Cleaned his ears, found a small puncture wound that had started the infection. Treated the ear infection, the wound and provided anti-body for home application all for less than $100. We were on our way home in about 30 minutes. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Scout now has a new Vet.

Ellowen is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to be of help and service to her humans and 4 legged clients! She is one of a kind and a keeper! Serenity actually drove my cat home from the vet after I had low back surgery and couldn't drive! Ellowen helped me with my cat Stewie, getting him in and out of the car when I couldn't lift anything!The two male techs are amazing and thorough!
