“The USPS located on Milligan hwy, Milligan TN is the most friendliest and is personally my favorite United States post office that I like to visit anytime bc it's the closest to my house and I think they are one of the smaller locations in my area, but it is not always open due to lunch and the postal workers that work there take a break and lunch and then they reopen so make sure you check their hours before going to their location, but I guarantee you the experience will be very satisfied with the low traffic and of course you can run into a line but I have never waited like I have at other locations in my area. ??? I think y'all deserve the recognition of the friendliest and trustworthy USPS and won't be like visiting the bigger postal locations.”

“People whine about the cost of shipping but paying 18 bucks to ship a 3 lb package across the states sure beats the heck out of hand delivering it! A lot cheaper too! Thanks USPS I personally ship abou 1000 packages a year with USPS!”
“I'd give 10/10 ? if I could. I've had 2 package deliveries on 2 seperate occasions that for whatever reasons never made it to my door. I contacted the Elizabethton post office & he fixed it to where my packages were redelivered on the same day. In today's world it's rare someone goes above & beyond to help another person. This place is the exception! Hard workers & they actually care & it shows in how well they do their job! Keep up the great work!”

“I've had many good experiences. Both Mark and his coworker are great, super nice and helpful! They have an awesome memory too! I only wish they were open a tad longer on Saturday like till noon. Aside from this, no complaints at all.”
“Great small office. Expected to wait. Not at all. The girl was so helpful and explained that priority mail comes with tape, label and box. Ground you have to pay for all your supplies. Nothing is free but she saved me money by explaining my options.”
“Kevin was very helpful and informative during our passport application process. As walk-ins in the afternoon, he was extremely busy but still took the time to get our applications processed even though some of the paperwork was incorrect.
