“I have to tell you a short story. When I was a very young child my Dad used to shop at a store called Railway Salvage. I loved going in there because you never knew what you would find as theys stocked the store by going to auctions supplied by railway and truck accidents.So the stock was constantly changing and stuff was priced way below in store prices.Highway 22 Salvage is cut from the same cloth.The selection was wide and let me tell you...the prices were absolutely great.They had the absolute best selection of salad dressings that I have ever seen in any store any where. Truly amazing!!They had dressings that I have never seen before. $1.00 each AND they were BOGO!! WOW!!Cold soft drink cans for $.50 each.I went in just to look and wound up buying two bags full.The selection was amazing right along with the prices!!! I have to say I will be going back if for no other reason but to see what's new.If you're dollar conscious , and who isn't these days, this is the place to go for great selections and AMAZING prices!!!I give this place my highest rating of five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!$!$!I'll be back!!!”

Had a delicious tomato with some new potatoes, along with the corn for dinner as soon as we brought it all home. Blackberry peach cobbler is currently cooling on the counter for later. Beautiful produce! We are excited to try the J&J breakfast sausage and looking forward to buying some local dairy products next time.”

“We have two different Dollar Generals both within 10 to 15 minutes from our house either or other way we love the one in the country that way we don't have to get out into town sometimes both convenient sometimes slightly longer waiting times and nice stuff will be back”
“Can easily find what I need especially when I'm in a rush. They also have self checkout and the app is VERY HELPFUL when checking a price and dg cart calculator let's you add items to your cart and when you get to the register you already know your total.. oh yeah alot of good coupons!!!”
“One of my favorite gas stations to stop at the employees are always friendly the chicken is amazing. They have this pizza pocket that is too die for a little spicy but delicious. The best thing about this place is they have a drive through window so you do have to get out of your car. It's great if you have sleeping babies in the car.”

“Me and my boyfriend were on our way home from Tennessee vacation and all of a sudden my entire bumper falls off the back of my car. We were worried as we have 4 hours left on our trip. We went to the dollar general to get something to make it stay and the worker comes out with zip ties and puts my car back together. Her name is Heather Young. She was so sweet and really did us a huge favor!!”
