“Technician was professional and courteous through the whole process. Repaired the original problem, which was the belt, but there was a miscommunication of an additional issue he was not aware. The heating element was also out, which delayed the repair another week and a half. Came back today and repaired the dryer in about half an hour. Needed to talk to customer about the problem and not rely on home warranty (third party) to fully address the issues. Overall customer service and communication was great.”

“Did the promo and went n pikd up today due to not being able to be delivered til Monday the 17th. Needed it before then so talked to the store manager Scott, pikd up today and it was without issues. Got home and found Washer did not come with New Water Hoses to connect water to washer. So far seems to be working ok. True test comes with washing a few loads to see how clean they get. Thank u to the team for an effortless pikup and thank u to the young men who loaded it on my power chair carrier on our vehicle.”
“I don't know the guys name but whoever worked today (18 Feb 23) around 3 pm in the paint department at the southwest drive store, was so damn nice. I was so interested in the paint making process, he let me come in and create my friends paint that she needed. He taught me how and let me do it myself and i was so fucking excited. He was the sweetest and funniest guy. He made me die laughing. If anyone knows who he is, let me know so i can take him out on a date. He has 5 days left there and he deserves the best!”
“We have purchased three things from them and are extremely happy with everything. They are very friendly and really know their products. Our Speed Queen washer is simply the best by far of any I've ever had or known about. It is made in Wisconsin and you can tell the quality right away. It is super simple to use, quiet and does not require some special soap. I love the beautiful stainless tub and everything else about it. We will never get anything else and when we need a dryer, it will be a Speed Queen as well. We also got an upright freezer. It is not as big as our old one, but is very well made and has features inside that make it very useful. As beautiful as the washer is, this freezer is just cute. We love it. Lastly, we bought a GE double oven gas range. It is beautiful and everything on it works wonderfully. No longer burning everything, even on low heat and a very less than even good oven, like we had with our, not very old well known brand from China. This beautiful range is also easy to understand as well as working perfectly. We are so happy with everything and look forward to buying some of their beautiful lighting, etc. as needed.”
