“Well stocked. I'm always impressed how much this little building holds...lol. One employ went above and beyond, going to the stock room and getting my utility cart that I thought I wanted. Then when I realized that I wanted the smaller, she went back again...searching for a long bit, finding and bringing out that exact cart. Amazing customer service.”
“it's been a while since I visited the store and just bought a couple of washers but as soon as I walked in it Reminded me of the '70s When my grandpa Took me to the hardware store when I was a kid. when Hardware stores. Was just Hardware stores and lumber yards sold lumber. But With that said I like the fact that someone keeping the old way alive because some of us just don't want to change anything ho my review is to go there and buy everything. And if you have questions they might be able to help.”

“Paid for material drove through out the yard and helped load them . While in the process of getting ready to leave an employee approached us and asked if our ticket had been scanned. I confirmed it had and that the guy whom scanned the ticket helped us load it . I guess he thought we were stealing it not really sure what his thought process was on that one.”

“I don't know the guys name but whoever worked today (18 Feb 23) around 3 pm in the paint department at the southwest drive store, was so damn nice. I was so interested in the paint making process, he let me come in and create my friends paint that she needed. He taught me how and let me do it myself and i was so fucking excited. He was the sweetest and funniest guy. He made me die laughing. If anyone knows who he is, let me know so i can take him out on a date. He has 5 days left there and he deserves the best!”

“Great store, always organized. Tiffany was great help and went above and beyond for me today. Not only did she walk multiple isles to help me find what I was looking for in top stock, she went and tracked down a forklift. Her attitude was awesome. Great customer service experience. Jonathan on the forklift was also helpful and nice. They saved me a trip from across town!”
“We have purchased three things from them and are extremely happy with everything. They are very friendly and really know their products. Our Speed Queen washer is simply the best by far of any I've ever had or known about. It is made in Wisconsin and you can tell the quality right away. It is super simple to use, quiet and does not require some special soap. I love the beautiful stainless tub and everything else about it. We will never get anything else and when we need a dryer, it will be a Speed Queen as well. We also got an upright freezer. It is not as big as our old one, but is very well made and has features inside that make it very useful. As beautiful as the washer is, this freezer is just cute. We love it. Lastly, we bought a GE double oven gas range. It is beautiful and everything on it works wonderfully. No longer burning everything, even on low heat and a very less than even good oven, like we had with our, not very old well known brand from China. This beautiful range is also easy to understand as well as working perfectly. We are so happy with everything and look forward to buying some of their beautiful lighting, etc. as needed.”
