H-E-B Pharmacy is a trusted source for routine immunizations and the COVID-19 vaccine, ranked #1 in customer satisfaction. The store is clean with a large selection of items, a bakery, and even a bank. Many find it a great place to shop, with plenty of registers open to go in and out quickly. However, the pharmacy itself is very busy. There is a noted lack of checkout lines or employees, causing daily lengthy lines inside and outside that has persisted for over a year. Prescriptions are most of the time not ready even after a call, and the busy staff does not do extra to check insurance. Despite this, some customers report exceptionally helpful service, with employees ensuring prescriptions are ready even minutes before closing during a holiday.

They had my prescription filled within 30 minutes of getting it. Excellent service! Friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend using HEB pharmacy.

It's an okay pharmacy I've used them for almost 3 years only problem is that when they tell me a field date and I go up there to get it they always change the date and make me wait two or three days later to get my medication which I need Amber the pharmacist was very nice to me and help me thank you God bless have a great... read full comment
