“I went there to shop vitamins for my family. The store has variety of selections to choose from different brands, and many items were on sales up to 30% of the sticker price. All items were well organized by brands so it was easy to shop. I also saw people doing a small grocery shopping.”

“We recently moved back to Texas and included in the top three things my family missed most in Texas was HEB. It felt like coming home when I walked into their store in Abilene. From the sushi bar to the bakery section with all the fresh made tortillas and everything beyond there is nowhere like it. We love you HEB!”
“Best pharmacy in town. The big box stores, CVS, Walgreens, etc. don’t hold a candle to this one.It reminds me of when I was young and went with my mom to the pharmacy when I was sick. Everyone knew everyone and said hello and were so nice and kind.I will never go back to big box unless I absolutely have to.”
“So tired of the people getting angry when they are pulling in or out at the gas station when they are facing the wrong direction. Excuse me sir, don’t honk at me because you are trying to back-in facing the wrong direction and I couldn’t tell. You were the one blocking the whole parking lot with your big truck so people were stopped and having to wait for you to move.”

“Only been Once.... But I found prices low and quality high... Lots of unique prepacked, Kwik fix go to meals. Simplifies your shopping when you really don't feel like deciding a quick fix or child's picnic.. Breakfast prepacks as well.. No looking for ingredients all over the store. Or keep a few on hand for backup. Even some meals can be easily prepared by children......I did also lots of healthy choices to throw in a lunch ..

Want to thank the lady that was walking thru the store talking on her cell phone and hit me in my left hip n said "oh" n kept on going. No Apology or Excuse Me! Nice to know that wen sum1 hits a handicap person, cause pain, n make it harder to walk, they think being ignorant n not apologizing n walking away is ok to them. PUT THE PHONE UP N PAY ATTENTION TO WAT UR DOING N WHER UR WALKING SO U DONT HIT ANOTHER HANDICAP INDIVIDUAL!!”

“Incredible customer service. The staff is so friendly and helpful, prices are great, and there’s a personal touch that you can’t get from big chains. We have a baby who has needed lots of different liquid medications over the last year- one of the big chains has been a giant headache trying to get things filled, gave us nasty tasting medicines, wrong size syringes, etc. Every RX I’ve picked up from James McCoy’s has been EASY, top notch service down to every detail, plus they are a compounding pharmacy so they are able to make those liquid medications for our baby taste good. We are huge fans, thank you!!!”
“I literally live on the opposite side of town over by Buffalo Gap. I have a ton of pharmacies to choose from...Market street, CVS, Walgreens...even some smaller ones that are still way closer to me than this pharmacy...and I refuse to go to any of them anymore. Every time I have gone into this pharmacy it has been quick and efficient, and the cashiers are always kind. Always. I have been going here for years and keep coming back even though I have betrayed them a few times to go to places closerto me.....no more. The pharmacy is organized and clean. I highly highly highly recommend this pharmacy hands down. Save yourself time and actually speak with people who care or at least like their jobs!”

“came to shop and get food! got a combo went to the fountain drinks and they were ALLL out. just ice in one of them and when we went to tell them they said grab a can drink. later we told someone because we felt bad for everyone else that didn’t know because the cashier wasn’t telling anyone. later we over heard someone say “they want us to take down the signs (only 2) on the fountain drink machine” literally didn’t care that people were so confused on why it wasn’t working. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STEP IT UP especially if we are paying 40+ $$ for memberships!!!”

“I ran out of fuel in the Sam's parking lot, far from the fuel pumps. I went inside and figured if anyone would know how to help me, it would be the tire guys. The guy at the tire desk was super nice and called someone to help. A guy named Jared (pretty sure he was management based on how nicely he was dressed) came to my aid. He grabbed a Jerry can and siphon and came out to my car and put enough fuel in it to get me to the fuel pump. He was super helpful! He had to tell me that it was him personally helping me, not Sam's, for liability purposes, I'm sure. But I can't rave enough on how awesome he was! He was so helpful, especially in 104° temperatures. The man deserves some kind of accolades and recognition! He wouldn't let me pay him, so I hope Sam's will take notice of this incredible employee!”
“I have shopped in all of the Abilene United's and it's my second favorite store here. Selection is good. I is clean, staff is helpful. I know the one on Willis has up front parking for expectant mothers and although that doesn't apply to me, I remember those days and really like that consideration. The only advice I would give is check the expiration dates. Occasionally I find something on shelves past sell by date, but not often. The store brands are good. The bakery and pharmacy are above average. They usually have a chicken salad with cranberries and walnuts in the deli section that is the best! Always a crowd pleaser, but on the expensive side. I would recommend shopping here without hesitation.”
