“Michael and Chris were beyond AMAZING!!! Me and my sister were coming in from out of town and I needed to upgrade my phone. Well let’s just that they had the phone that I wanted (iPhone 15 plus in pink!) that I was looking for and I was able to cut my bill in half! My sister was able to trade in her iPhone 11 to an iPhone 13! We are very pleased with our experience and if we were to come back for anything we will definitely come back here! Thank you!!”

“I thought we we’re getting a great deal . We traded in our iphone 11 for iphone 15.We said up front if our bill was more than our current bill we were not interested. The lady salesperson said that actually it would be less and she found that was the case with many customers and this promotion. Our bill is actually 40.00 more than it was and we are not happy. I spoke with t-mobile and they said the salesperson was not correct.
Today, months later we visited the store again so my review has now changed because of one employee named Jaelee. Jaelee knew exactly why there was a difference in price that no one else even us had thought about
even us. Problem solved thanks to Kaelee. KAELEE was professional and her suggestion
fixed the issue and all if well, she saved the day.”
