“I took my 2025 Ford F150XL Regular Cab Short Bed to have a RideTech 3/5 lowering kit i ordered installed! So many shops around here want to make more money from you by not accepting a job if the customer supplies the parts. They didnt even hesitate and said yup!!!, we can 100 percent do this for you and an allignment! They gave me a great price for the labor it took to install the lowering kit with an allignment! The have the best prices in Abilene and they will not try and screw you over like some other shops in the area. Highly recommend Rhino Linings for anything truck accessorie related. I will definetly keep them in mind for any other accessories i want added to my truck. Thank yall for what yall do and for having great customer interactions!”

“We drove in from out of town when our air stopped working about halfway through our trip. (3 hours). This particular Firestone location was able to get us in on a Saturday morning. They worked on it while we were at our child's sporting event and it was ready before it was over. Danny was very helpful and friendly. “My husband got a nail in his tire from work. We needed it fixed pretty quickly, so he wouldn't be late to work the next morning. After calling 4 other shops and being turned down, I called Garcia Brothers. Victor answered the phone was very helpful and told me if the tire is fixable, he will fix it! I showed up 10 mins before close, due to working so late. Victor did not hesitate and got the job done in maybe 5 mins tops. I was in and out before the shop even closed. He stayed professional and polite the entire time. Highly recommend this shop!”

“We have been in and out of multiple shops in attempt to get my daughters VW Tiguan aligned. With the help of a Discount Tire employee he thankfully referred us to this shop. I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The gentleman called me initially to let me know he was committed to getting the issue fixed and even provided documentation at the end to show the percentage of each wheel alignment. The most recent experience my daughter reported her car wouldnt start.. Off to Vernon & Fletcher we go.. They took the extra time to troubleshoot to see what the problem was and fortunately it was a fluke issue.. NO CHARGE! This place is the real deal. Thank yall for your service and getting my daughter back on the road!”
“SAVED THE DAY!! Teresa and the team were incredibly warm, welcoming, informative and so helpful. I needed to have my tires rotated on my 2022 Ram Promaster camper van. And ironically this week things started to feel a little off when my van reached 40mph or more. Thankfully, they told me to come by after the local Firestone stores said they can’t help me. (SO WEIRD). They were honest and said they don’t make appointments it’s first come first serve but they would try to get to me as quickly as possible. So the next day I arrived at 9:30 and my wait time was under two hours and they discovered I had a separated tire situation on my rear driver side. I’m so relieved I stopped when I did before I had a blowout. They quickly helped me get two new tires, balanced everything and I was on my way. Customer service and kindness is not dead y’all. I’m so thankful for their time and back on the road.”

“I ran out of fuel in the Sam's parking lot, far from the fuel pumps. I went inside and figured if anyone would know how to help me, it would be the tire guys. The guy at the tire desk was super nice and called someone to help. A guy named Jared (pretty sure he was management based on how nicely he was dressed) came to my aid. He grabbed a Jerry can and siphon and came out to my car and put enough fuel in it to get me to the fuel pump. He was super helpful! He had to tell me that it was him personally helping me, not Sam's, for liability purposes, I'm sure. But I can't rave enough on how awesome he was! He was so helpful, especially in 104° temperatures. The man deserves some kind of accolades and recognition! He wouldn't let me pay him, so I hope Sam's will take notice of this incredible employee!”
“The whole team works well together and they get the job done. I had new wheels installed and tpms sensors replaced. They did a great job. It’s busy so you will probably have to wait. The waiting are has lots of seats, phone chargers and wifi. It is kept at a very comfortable temperature as well. Warranty and service top notch. I would recommend.UPDATE PENDING! Ok everything was solved! Just took sometime. Thank you again discount tire for the time it took to solve our issue. Much appreciated! After a few issues, it worked out everything went so well I put new wheels on my wife’s car and they look very nice and everything was done perfect. Sidenote the issues came from a distributor, not them. I would highly recommend using them for wheels and tires.”

Jamie took the time to explain everything that needed to be done on our daughter’s 2015 Volkswagen Passat in a way that was thorough, honest, and easy to understand.
What we appreciated most was that she helped us prioritize the repairs based on what was most important and what needed attention first. We never felt pressured or like we were being talked into unnecessary work. She genuinely seemed to care about making sure we understood the condition of the vehicle and could make the best decision for our daughter’s car.
Customer service like this makes such a difference. Jamie was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Firestone is lucky to have someone like her representing their company!
