“I’ve overall enjoyed living at Addison Grove. The location is definitely the biggest highlight — it’s very central, and being close to Belt Line Road makes getting around easy. It’s also within walking distance to coffee shops and several restaurants, which has been very convenient. The streets can be busy during daytime rush hour, but overall it’s a quiet neighborhood. There are currently new townhomes being built nearby; it hasn’t been overly noisy, and if you don’t mind some construction activity, it’s manageable. The staff has always been nice and friendly, and the neighbors are welcoming. Overall, the location and community are the main reasons I decided to renew”
