“Dropped in to have a rock chip repaired expecting to pay for the repair but after they pulled me up in the system they informed me it would be no charge since they had replaced the windshield less than a year ago. They immediately took my car back to the shop and I was in and out in no time and the chip is barely noticeable and hopefully will not spread saving me further money. These folks are all super nice and respond to your needs as soon as you walk in.”
“First of all, Mr. Glass Actually has a phone number you can call and speak to a human being. This is rare. I called made an appointment took my car in and they changed the glass out. It was so simple! No hiccups. Customer service Is fantastic. And they did a great job. The glass actually looks better than the glass that was originally on the car! I highly recommend Mr. Glass.”

“Renee was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process!! I was involved in a rear-end collision in my Chevrolet Equinox, but because of how transparent and quick she was with communication, I had almost zero stress. She kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and even coordinated with the rental car company so I had a car ready when needed. My vehicle was finished in just one week.

“I use Flawless Detail for my business and personal vehicles. They have done multiple services for me including vinyl wrapping one of my vans (actually my wife's van and she loves it!), and the cost is much less than a traditional paint job! They also put ceramic coatings on my Mercedes Sprinter van that I use daily for work. The coating offers more than protection, it helps keep it cleaner for a longer period of time. My wife complimented my attention to keeping the van clean and shiny, and asked why there were fewer scratches and dings (from rock chips) than my previous van? I had to admit it wasn't all my doing, that what she was seeing were the benefits of the Flawless Detail coating.

“Hands down best experience I've had at a mechanic shop. Ladies, if you need to find a trustworthy mechanic shop this is it. Came in about 5:30 to get my car inspected and Ram was able to get me in! He was done in about 10 minutes. They close at 6pm! He also quoted me for an oil change that was 50% less than what other big-name shops were quoting me. The customer service is also great. Very nice gentlemen willing to help.”

“The quality of work done to the vehicle was excellent. I’m talking specifically about the bodywork and the paint job. My car is black and there was dust or some other material all over the car. Now I will admit, I didn’t give them a clean vehicle when I left it. But, when I got it back, I had to have it detailed. There was still debris on the vehicle, Some sort of dust or film all over car and a thick layer of white dust all over the interior. It’s a black car, I’m gonna notice those things. Other than that, the communication was very good.”
“Great people to deal with under not ideal circumstances. A rock hit and cracked the windshield of my brand new car. I got a quote quickly and easily from 1st Class and they didn’t nickel and dime me. There were no surprise upcharges when they arrived to do the work at my home unlike another company whose name rhymes with SafePlight. Javier was so nice, polite and professional. He did a great job and made sure I was happy with the work and didn’t have any questions. I couldn’t be happier with the results and while I hope to not have this happen again, if I do, I would certainly be a repeat customer. Highly recommend! Thank you very much.”
