I’ve been to this location several times, and everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Khal.

The staff is pleasant and seem to do their best but they need more staff. The bank teller was by herself multitasking so much. Operating the drive in line and the line inside. I have came in twice and no one was able to help me open a business account when I had issues doing so online. It takes away from the customer experience.

Just got married and became customers of Chase for our joint account. Khal E was awesome and helped us out for quite a while with a small hiccup getting started. Have always heard great reviews, so excited to bank with them!
