“Something Special at Liberty Capital!!
This week I had great experiences with wire transfers and the staff. Chloe was my first contact over several phone calls—such a professional, kind, and cheerful person, always eager to help with a real sense of urgency. There was no lack of effort or efficiency. From Monday through Wednesday, she was the same consistently positive person on every call!
Next chapter... Talisa! Another fantastic experience. She emailed, called, and stayed on top of everything—lightning and lasers have nothing on her speed and focus!
These amazing folks in Addison made me think about the great smiles and service I always get in Boerne. I often use the drive-thru and am always greeted with a smile and a “Let me do more” attitude. Truly awesome people.
In summary, there’s something special here—and it’s not the water, since Addison and Boerne are 300 miles apart with different reservoirs. I’d call it the culture, from top to bottom and bottom to top.

“I want to give a shout out to the Chase Bank location at 4512 Lemmon Ave. My very elderly dad and I visited on the afternoon of March 6th with a list of transactions and questions. Upon entering we were treated with respect and patience. We were sent over to Relationship Officer Banker Denise. We are so thankful for her patience in dealing with my elderly father, her courtesy and professionalism. Denise handled all of our transactions, answered our questions and made some suggestions which proved to save us from needing additional transactions. We also met the manager who was completely courteous and respectful. I highly recommend banking with this Branch of Chase Bank. Denise is great!”
“I've been with prosperity bank back when they used to be Legacy Texas. While my home bank is technically the Richardson location, the Addison branch is my store of choice. The staff are very nice and good at their job. The wait time for service is pretty short, so I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes or less.”
