“I recently totally vehicle. When I called to get a payoff, Martha Mccreary was fantastic. She asked if I needed to be approved for a replacement. She sent me a pre-approval letter within a few minutes. She gave exceptional service!! It made this terrible event very easy to manage. I had a new car within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Las Colinas to my friends.”

“Frost is the best and most convenient, helpful Regional Bank in the Country! Never have I phoned or visited a Frost bank branch in my city of Dallas that I haven't received superb service. This is one of the few institutions that you really can almost trust all the way.”

“I've been reading some surprisingly less than stellar reviews here and wanted to counter with my experience. I have had nothing but amazing experience with Legacy. When it switched to Prosperity, there were some hiccups during training that seem to have smoothed out... I don't feel nickel and dimed at all! I have my business account here, a personal savings account, and my mortgage. In fact, I would never have gotten a mortgage if it wasn't for this bank, because I own my own business and don't have the regular W-2 income most mortgage cos look for... I also just did a refi this week with them and didn't even look elsewhere, because the rate was awesome and I didn't think it was worth an eighth of a point to give up their customer service... they also made the PPP process, both applying and forgiving, very simple - saving my biz! Maybe the other users don't have the same type of accounts or don't have much money or activity here... But I have been here for a very long time and have lots of activity and I've never had a charge except to buy physical checks which I really don't use that often... In fact, one of my clients wanted to pay me via electronic transfer that had a fee... I called the bank and they waived it. They also freely gave me the direct line to the manager and to the bank's main number. I have direct emails to the mortgage banker and the manager, and they're always very responsive... I've even called the number listed for this location on the iPhone app and somebody answered after hours through a service... So I'm not sure why these other people aren't getting good service... I can't remember a time over the past 12 years that I've had anything more than a hiccup that was annoying... Such as being used to going through the drive-through and them knowing exactly what I want then having to tell the new person what my specifications were... Totally reasonable, but they had spoiled me! I highly recommend this location... Which is my only experience with Prosperity.”

“The lady at the drive through is so nice. I was making a transaction on my birthday and she wrote me a happy birthday note. I thought it was so thoughtful and friendly.”

“Stopped by after going to a nearby bank who wouldn't sell me a roll of quarters because I didn't have an account there. Went to this branch who cheerfully sold me the roll. Neither bank knew that I recently moved to the area and was checking out the branches to see where I would open account. Opening an account with Amegy this morning. Really friendly and helpful staff.”

“A very good chase bank - very friendly when you walk inside. I needed help getting a money order for the first time. They had me sit down until a clerk was available, which wasn't too long. I was help immediately and treated like my problem is important. They told me there is normally a processing fee f $5 which she waved for me. I think it was very generous since it's my first month paying rent. After she helped me she had a polite little conversation before I left. This was nice because I didn't feel rushed out of the building. An excellent chase bank - probably needs two atms or a bigger parking lot”

“They are very friendly and attentive. I needed assistance with a lien release and Danny Gonzalez quickly jumped on it. He also briefed his partner on the case as he would be leaving on vacation in the coming days. Very impressed.”

“Kristen in drive thru is amazing. Probably the most personable and kind teller I have ever dealt with. She should be commended on her customer service because you just do see that anymore, specially from a younger person. I also called the manager and gave her a great review. She deserves it. This lady is going places in life!!”

“I came to this location to open an account because I was having issues redeeming an online promotion. I didn't realize that Truist was formerly BB&T, which is why I was having an issue. Melissa was very helpful in resolving the problem. I see a couple of reviews that say she is rude, but I didn't experience that at all. She was friendly but direct and made it a point to not waste my time. I really appreciate that.”

“Worked with a banking association by the name of Anmol. She was very helpful and informative. When I went into the branch for the appointment there had been a security incident and I overreacted slightly considering that I was not informed of the cancelation of my appointment. The gentleman I was speaking to not only handled the situation well but put me at ease. Both my interactions at this bank have been positive and would highly recommend.”
