“My husband and I go into this location a fair amount and every time the customer service is stellar.
On a day we went in solely for my husband, the sales associate (tall African American guy) recommended a pair of jeans to try on, and literally they’re my favorite pair of jeans I’ve ever put on.
They go over and beyond every time for each and every person in store.
I’ve already told all my family and friends that if they need jeans and want a curated experience, this is the place to go!!”

“My favorite boutique! This store has the best styles for every occasion. I came home last week with a cute lounging set, a dress for a fundraiser, cute spring tops, fun accessories and denim! I was looking for wide leg jeans that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else; and I bought four pair! Also, a couple of times a year, they have a fully stocked $10 rack with so many great finds.”

“I recently visited their store in plano, I must say the collection is classy and sophisticated, one may find really good pieces, specially men’s kurtas have great collection.. and it affordable, very similar to India prices!!! One can find a good kurta men or women for $40-$45!!”

wandered in to this lovely little gem. In town visiting family and had some time to kill. This is one of the most adorable shops I’ve ever been in. They had so many beautiful Christmas decorations, and very unique gifts. A very sweet customer took a picture of of me modeling some holiday headbands. Money was definitely spent, and I will absolutely be returning to this adorable shop.”

“Jon and Grant's service was incredible. They were polite and professional when I expressed my concerns about a zip-up jacket size exchange. Jon looked at the inventory that may go out of stock. He asked for my contact to keep in touch, then contacted the supplier and gave him a thumbs up. He told me it would arrive within a week.
As soon as the inventory came in, he contacted me immediately and had the appropriate size saved until I came to pick it up. The next day, Grant was there and took care of me immediately. I can't say enough; these two gentlemen were amazing.

Their patience was incredible as they helped me sift through my daughters’ and my husband’s Christmas lists without ever making me feel rushed. They genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect gifts and made thoughtful, accurate suggestions. They even made the entire shopping trip fun with their kindness and positive energy.
They stayed attentive even while the store was busy, and I always felt taken care of. On top of helping me with all the gifts I needed, they also helped me find several great things for myself. Their product knowledge and customer service were truly outstanding.

“I came in last week to buy 2 sets of masks that I saw online and didn't want to wait for. The silk masks are by far my favorite of the masks I have bought from different designers. The sales associate Charmaine was super friendly and helpful considering it was 4 minutes to close.Today I came across the sales at johnnywas.com and called the customer service number to ask about sizing on a top I wanted to order. Customer support told me they had the items in store so I called here for questions I had. Char was an absolute doll!! Wow what a helpful SA she was. Char actually tried on the jacket to help me with the sizing concerns before ordering online since it's a final sale. She also double checked if an additional top would work since we have the same size bra. She REALLY went above and beyond ? I definitely haven't had that level of help in awhile!! Thanks Char ?”

“My family and I love visiting this store. We love the friendly/helpful staff. We recently visited and they had a buy one get one 50% off sale. We purchased kids socks, shirts, sandals, and handbags and we saved some $$$!!! Sergio who managed our purchases was very patient and provided us with the most discounts available! We had questions and he was so patient in answering every single one. He also helped us with placing an online order since the store did not have the size needed. He made our entire purchase feel very seamless!! Thanks Sergio!!!”
