The sales associate Charmaine was super friendly and helpful considering it was 4 minutes to close.Today I came across the sales at johnnywas.com and called the customer service number to ask about sizing on a top I wanted to order. Customer support told me they had the items in store so I called here for questions I had. Char was an absolute doll!! Wow what a helpful SA she was. Char actually tried on the jacket to help me with the sizing concerns before ordering online since it's a final sale. She also double checked if an additional top would work since we have the same size bra. She REALLY went above and beyond ? I definitely haven't had that level of help in awhile!! Thanks Char ?”
