“My wife and I had some issues when coming in with Judy and just her attitude however she did make those known to the company and they did take them seriously and try to offer resources and explain the process there using WIC and insurance. We are appreciative of Monique and Andrea taking time to explain the process respectfully and apologize for any misinformation. We will be asking for them when filing formula orders here.
I think this place is a great resource for parents to have and again we are appreciative of the company taking the time to right a wrong first experience.”
