I received a call early the next morning from A to Z saying that they canceled my order and refunded my money. All of this happened before I contacted them. Thank you for being proactive and understanding.”
“My wife and I had some issues when coming in with Judy and just her attitude however she did make those known to the company and they did take them seriously and try to offer resources and explain the process there using WIC and insurance. We are appreciative of Monique and Andrea taking time to explain the process respectfully and apologize for any misinformation. We will be asking for them when filing formula orders here.
