“Abbey (the store manager) and Cole at the Richardson location were AMAZING. Totally exceeded any of my expectations and so much more. The store was busy and they still went so surprisingly attentive to my needs, while also diligently attending to other customers smoothly.
? Abbey, the manager, even looked through my MASSIVE history of purchases all the way back to 2017 just to make sure that I got the correct divider size for my new puppy and I had no idea what size my new crate was before that.
? Cole is also so tender-hearted for animals and the passion he has for them is touchingly evident, and moving. Abbey too is, as she recommended beef lung to me - and now I am finely training my puppy with a very high reward product - while also not making her sick from things far too rich before

“This is a really unique store with a lot of variety. They have most anything and everything you would need for most pets. I meant to get the guy’s name last time I was in there. He has been very helpful and suggested the Beef Lung treats for my dog. They were a huge success and I went back a little over a week later and got another bag! I will definitely be returning.”

“Every time I’ve come in I’ve been greeted with knowledgeable and kind people that all truly love their job. They have a great selection and unique products you’d have a hard time finding anywhere else, especially in store.”
“My wife and I bring shelter animals up to the self-wash room to make them more adoptable. Very friendly staff clean the shower after each dog and supply a variety of shampoo options. They also provide water-aprons to help you stay marginally drier, but be prepared to get a bit damp anyway - Doggos gotta shake!
I haven't compared their prices to the major retailers, so I still order most of our family's pet supplies elsewhere - I need to check it out sometime!”
“Decided to stop here after a visit to Arbor Hills and get our Harley a treat. They staff there was so kind and helpful! The girls enjoyed watching them make cake as we were waiting for them to put Harleys name on his cookie! “Customer service is usually good. Prices are reasonable, and I won't shop at rude Tom Thumb. I've had to many gateway issues trying to log on to Pet Supplies Plus website. Today, corporations have sacrificed their ability to communicate with the customer leaving many people with negative and inclusive emotions. The corporation today wants everything placed neatly inside a box. In my opinion, they do not want to answer questions and they only expect nice feedback for corporate mediocrity and bad customer service. Pet Supplies Plus is on a respectable path, while others are headed down into the crapper! I do get confused sometimes?”

They have all gotten to know our cats so well - not only understanding their quirks and anxieties but also making accommodations based on them so our cats are as comfortable as possible.
