“We have a pandemic pup who has never known life with daddy working from home. Recently my husband had to return to the office a few days a week & because our dog Julio has such bad separation anxiety we decided to try doggy day care. Our experience has been great!! I love that I can keep an eye on him via the doggy cams. They have techs in the room with them at all times & they switch out regularly. They play with the dogs & give them cuddles. We’re grateful our fur baby is in good hands! Staff is great & very friendly!”

“Bigger selection of products same brands more options than the smaller pet supplies plus in the area. This location is very clean. I usually go on a Saturday or Sunday between 10:00 and 3:00 p.m. And every single time every associate is very nice. Usually younger people working and they are very considerate and attentive”

I didn't look at much (just ran in to get my dog a couple treats) but the two items I got would likely have been considerably more at Petsmart or Petco, where I usually go.”

“Hollywood Feed is awesome. The store doesn't have the biggest variety of pet products around, but they do have a good selection of high-quality foods and treats. The employees are beyond helpful. They'll help scour the store to find the last bag you're trying to find. They've called other local stores and had an item pulled aside for me to pick up. They've also set aside items in new shipments for me to pick up a few days later.”

“They had a really good selection of products for pets but I went in mostly to look at their selection of aquarium supplies and of live fish/snail/plants. It looked like most of the snails in the snail tank were dead, they only had a couple of guppies in a tank, and while none of the fish looked particularly sick it didn't feel like they were a top priority at the store. They also had live aquarium plants for sale, but again it looked like more of an afterthought. They did have a large school of feeder fish so it seemed to be a good option locally for those, but if you are interested in live fish as pets, I think another store would better serve you. They had a good amount of sales going on for various kind of items so you could likely find a good deal on other items and they have a huge supply for dogs and cats, but also some reptilian products too.”

“I usually travel to Addison for decent fish options since there’s nothing further north except big box stores. Found this place which is a much more reasonable drive for me, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a great selection of freshwater fish. Place is cramped, but it’s not a big deal. Prices were on point with any other place selling fish from reputable breeders.”

“I had the best experience at Regalia salon. Very clean place, smells great and good location. Owners are warm and welcoming, groomer Rita is professional and you can feel she loves animals. She was able to fix my dogs choppy haircut and she looks stunning now. Grooming was fast and when I came back my dog didn't want to leave and was giving kisses to Rita...so sweet)! Prices are surprisingly low, but I am new to Texas and don't have much to compare to, but I know I am not looking for another place-BINGO from the first try. RECOMMEND”

“It's close to my house so I go here for dog things & crickets for my Lizards. Usually have lots of life crickets. But now & again they don't. I now go and watch what crickets they put in my plastic bag. If you don't you'll get lots of dead ones! Other than that. It's always clean & get "welcome "when you walk in.”

“We took Glory Be here for a basic bath. They do great work! Glory is not a fan of blow drying, but the groomers here have a drying "room" which means she gets nice and dry without the stress and noise of a traditional blow dryer. There are lots of fun treats and dog toys here as well - my husband was very tempted while he was waiting to pick up his favorite girl.Note: This location is actually in North Dallas, but is considered the Plano store. Strangely, the store in Plano (south of 121) is considered Frisco. Go figure.”
