The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for guests. The front desk personnel, such as Sebastian and Germaine, are praised for their great service. The rooms are described as nice, with amenities like a micro-fridge and coffee maker, though some guests found the rooms to be nothing special. The hotel's location, just 5 minutes away from restaurants and attractions, is a major plus. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi has been a significant issue for some guests. Many have complained about the poor quality and slow speeds of the Wi-Fi, even the paid conference room Wi-Fi. Some guests have had to go through extensive troubleshooting with the hotel's technical support to get their devices connected. Despite the Wi-Fi problems, the hotel is generally well-received, with guests highlighting the comfortable beds, clean rooms, and excellent client service. The hotel's Starbucks, gift shop, and boutique are conveniently located, though some guests found the setup a bit awkward. Guests are advised to bring their own snacks, as the hotel's food and drink options can be quite expensive. Overall, the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel offers a pleasant stay, with great service and a convenient location, though the Wi-Fi issues may be a concern for some travelers.
Rocio is AMAZING!! She is an incredible bartender who makes great drinks and makes every customer feel beyond welcome. She is the best part of coming to the hotel!! All staff could be more like her!

Great hotel stay and easy location off the freeway. Drinks and food at the bar is very pricey.
