“We as Royal Jordanian Airlines started flying to Dallas, we started staying at this hotel. I am glad we did. On another day, I tried the burger at the bar restaurant, excellent burger..”
“I had an amazing experience at this establishment. Awesome staff, sanitary environment and cool games. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm welcomes and salutations. I had made reservations online prior to my arrival which also contributed to an expedient response from the staff to have our party of 3 ready to play.
I was very impressed with the size of the entertainment screens and variety of music playing in the background. My party and I reserved a lane to bowl. As we got our shoes and walked to our lane to bowl. We were given fresh complimentary cookies!
As we began to bowl, there were menus on the tables and QR codes to make our experience more accessible to order our meals. I personally chose to order an adult beverage for 2 of “Passion Punch.” It’s tasted amazing, but my only critique is the price didn’t justify the lack of alcohol in the beverage. Nonetheless it was good!
While bowling, our lane received an “error” which halted our bowling experience. However, staff IMMEDIATELY resolved the issue by QUICKLY accommodating our party to a lane over to continue our bowling experience. I was VERY impressed with the professionalism and etiquette that it was handled!
Overall, I rate my experience a 11 out of 10! Great staff and great family environment. Reasonably priced bowling and gaming experience. I would HIGHLY recommend attending and I plan on returning again! Thank you staff for your amazing hospitality and customer service!
I believe one of the managers name was Richard who gave us a personal heart filled message and experience. Thank you!”
“We recently attended an event at this venue. You may actually miss the location, if you're not paying attention. It's pretty small inside. If you are having a small party, then it'll work. The available parking is less than desirable.”

“Very serviceable but basic hotel. Needed a one night stay after my flight was canceled, room was clean, and serviceable. Not the most modern hotel, no real amenities and breakfast was quite pricey. Great location with free parking and easy walk to nearby restaurants.”
“No bar/ no beer sales as advertised. Rooms are nice size, fairly clean. Could be cleaner. Carpet feels dirty anf oily. Mirrors are wiped with wet cloths. Not window cleaner. So tv/mirrors are streaked. Breakfast is good. Pool is good. Location is great. No bums and druggies”
