She personally contacted the carrier, stopped the delivery, had my paycheck brought back to the post office, and even stayed late so I could come pick it up. She called me after hours to let me know it was safe because she didn’t want me worrying.
Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine care meant more than she probably realizes. Her actions literally saved my family during an extremely difficult financial situation. Lina is a perfect example of the kind of employee and human being you hope to encounter. She truly went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for her.”
