“This is hands down the best hardware store I’ve ever visited. They truly saved the day for me. The owner personally took the time to help me build a custom hose for my truck using fittings and couplings they had available in the store. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find a solution. Everyone was friendly and attentive throughout the entire process, and the customer service was outstanding. I’m incredibly grateful for the help I received. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and care nowadays. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for hardware, plumbing, electrical supplies, or expert advice. I will definitely stop by every time I’m in the area. Thank you for going above and beyond!”

He took the time to show my how to use it and made sure to put a focus on the safety mechanisms. This can be dangerous so Eddie made sure I knew that for my own safety. “This was our first trip to Matt’s in Pharr. After 4 separate trips to look at flooring at the big box stores and desperately looking for someone to help and getting nothing but the brush off we decided to give Matt’s a try. We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked through the front door. Welcoming smiles, hello’s and how can we help you. We knew we were in the right place. We proceeded to the flooring department and were immediately greeted by Chris F. who was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and got us all set up and out the door. Then we headed over to plumbing and another employee greeted us as well and thanked us for coming in. Very pleased with the 5 star service this company provides to its customers we will not shop anywhere else. Thank you”
