“What a great store. We came in for a cordless screwdriver. The staff is very helpful. Ysa was our checker and she explained how their replcement plan worked. She ttpl the time to explain it so my wife could understand. We came back with a broken drill bit and they replaced the whole set. Well worth shopping here. We will be back.”

“We had such an amazing experience at McCoy's! Thank you for giving our family the opportunity to paint a hammer with our baby, Luke. Seeing him so excited, happy, and full of joy made the day incredibly special, and it's a memory we'll always cherish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. It's wonderful to see a business that brings families together and creates moments like these. I pray that God continues to bless this business with abundant clients, success, and favor. May every employee be filled with hope, joy, good health, and encouragement as they serve the community. Thank you again for making such a meaningful day for our family!”

“We have visited Tractor Supply Stores all over Texas and this location has some of the friendlier staff we’ve encountered. The store was tidy and they had a local event going on in their parking lot. Kudos to all the employees!”

“== Support your local small businesses! == Gutierrez Hardware is one of those rare finds. It is a small business attended by the owner. In my experience, that always is best. Gutierrez is very friendly, his articles are fairly priced and he is always ready to give you advice. I have been doing all kinds of repairs as a DIYer and I bring old parts to him for advice on replacement instructions. Believe me, there is no comparison to shopping in a big box chain store. Gutierrez Hardware is ALWAYS my first stop before going anywhere else. I would give him 10 stars, but the limit is 5”

“Great customer service though like in many stores I hate the selfcheck out those machines are very rund and don't greet you or answer any question you have. Please bring back human cashiers. After all prices still go up even though you don't have to pay human cashiers anymore.”

“I like spending time here and I always find what I’m looking for. It’s a clean and organized location for home improvement and gardening needs. I’ve noticed that some of their staff is not as attentive as other locations, they seem to avoid eye contact or coming by to ask if you need help. Yesterday a male shopper called for help and when the staff came by to help he immediately assumed I was the one asking for help and not the male guest, I wonder if it’s because I’m female. That seems to be standard at stores like this though. Overall I still recommend it but staff could move this up to 5 stars.”
