This is my experience:
-legitimate out the door pricing that was my best offer
-able to order the bike and place it down payment on my cell phone, no need to drive in.
-under promised and over delivered on the delivery date coming in exactly two weeks from when I place my deposit.
-everyone at the dealership greeted me by first name upon my arrival to pick up my bike
-The entire experience of closing on the bike took less than an hour including a detailed walkthrough of every future on the bike.
-A week later Mike checked on me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
-After a small mishap Mike and the dealership worked hard to find the parts I needed for my repair.
I am totally happy and totally a fan of Royal Enfield of Fort Worth.

“I had my car serviced and I asked them to check out something minor. It was an easy fix. They comped the repair. I’ve been scheduling my service through Christian for more than two years. He’s very organized and a pleasure to deal with.
Due to extenuating circumstances, I had to purchase a new Sorento during Covid when inventory was limited. Moritz was honest throughout the entire process. I have been doing business with them ever since.
I drive from Irving to the west side of Fort Worth to do business with Moritz. I have never been disappointed.”

“Amazing results with Platinum Collision. I was driving down the highway and a boulder bounced up and came through the passenger side of the windshield. I was concerned about leaking and if it could be fixed because it damaged the roof of the car also. Chapin Reed was so kind and he kept me informed throughout the process, working with my insurance (above and beyond ) and keeping me informed. I have told several people about the service and quality of work I experienced. The paint job was flawless and the service was outstanding. Hope I don’t have another collision but I’m calling Chapin if I do!”

“Ed and his team made my Ford Ranger look like new. I have received many compliments on the truck which was rusting badly, before I took it to Magic touch. I got bids that was twice as much more, than what Magic Touch charged me, and I know they would have not done a better job. He pulled out all of the little dents in the truck and it look like new.
I got some hail damage two year after I bought the truck. I had it painted by the Ford Dealership and they did not do as good of a job as Magic Touch did some 24 years later. Very happy with the Shop. Highly Recommend. Thank you Ed.”

“Not only did the car dealer want to charge me $11k to fix the problem they charged me $200 just to diagnose it. Came here and they were able to fix it for $300 not $11k….. Everyone here was nice, helpful and quick I was able to get my car back the next day. They went above and beyond for me. they called and asked if I was able to pick it up before closing and I told them I could that I just had to order and wait for an Uber but he said not to worry that he could come pick me up to get my car!!! This is the only place I will be going to from now on!!”
