“Wow, what a difference! Such a pleasant experience today, and at the drive up even. She was super nice, patient, even saved me $75 with a discount card! And it didnt take her long at all. Was very happy with my customer service today, thank you!! Not all, but most of the employees at this store are so unbelievably rude! Snotty attitudes, and treating ppl like they are stupid should never be considered customer service! I started using this pharmacy for the convenience, but I will look for something else rather than being treated like shit”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
