“Didn't go to fuel up but to the store. Great as always. But...if this was the store in Alice, my bagger, SMH, not happy at all with her. I'm an instacart shopper, and I had 2 orders to fill. I told the bagger that this was 2 separate orders, she acknowledged me, nodded, and proceeded to bag my orders haphazardly. Combining them and getting them all mixed up. I'm sorry I did not get her name so I could have lodged a complaint. I go to all HEB's frequently as a shopper and this is the first time I have anything bad to say. I certainly hope this never happens again.”

“When we travel from the RGV to San Antonio or back, we like to stop and get snacks and gas here. We have visited more than a dozen times. Here is what I like. The women's and men's restrooms are very clean and spacious with many stalls available; there has never been a wait line when we arrive. There is a generous selection of prepackaged snacks and drinks. I have only gotten coffee once, but it was hot and tasty. I have not ordered food, but there are plenty of tables to eat if you wanted. It's our new favorite pit stop when we travel. Thanks TexBest!”
