As for current property owner Valiant Residential and Property Manager, Lyric Parker, I have nothing but good things to say. From my experience, both Ms. Lyric and her staff are pleasant and professional people to work with. Ms. Lyric is reliable and attentive. Whenever I had an issue or a complaint, she never hesitated to address the matter. She's very understanding and helpful. I've never had an issue with maintenance. “Our experience living at Bell Cityline has been very good. I believe if we were staying in the area we would continue living here for a while.
The people have been great. Ron and Jacob were a big help when we first moved in, and Sherrie has been wonderful in the past couple of months. Sherrie helped us with our moving out process and was a joy to work with.
Maintenance has been responsive to all of our work orders, usually resolving the issue within 24hrs.
Lots of reviews mention roaches. We’ve had a few but never what I would call an infestation, we always put in a work order to as soon as we saw something and they’d come spray. Also when you’re at an apartment complex in a city like this, bugs happen, we just kept our place as clean as we could and didn’t have that big of an issue.
We’re thankful for Bell Cityline serving as our home for a few years!”
