“Property manager Francisco definitely goes above and beyond for his residents and his responsibilities. I moved to a new apartment and it wasn’t quite ready and ended up having some hidden issues that neither of us were able to see prior to move in. He made multiple visits to my apartment. He stayed late past 6pm. Helped a new maintenance team member Joaquin (who did a great job on his first day) install a new microwave and other items so I would feel more at home after a stressful move. Thank you.”

“Our experience living at Bell Cityline has been very good. I believe if we were staying in the area we would continue living here for a while.
The people have been great. Ron and Jacob were a big help when we first moved in, and Sherrie has been wonderful in the past couple of months. Sherrie helped us with our moving out process and was a joy to work with.
Maintenance has been responsive to all of our work orders, usually resolving the issue within 24hrs.
Lots of reviews mention roaches. We’ve had a few but never what I would call an infestation, we always put in a work order to as soon as we saw something and they’d come spray. Also when you’re at an apartment complex in a city like this, bugs happen, we just kept our place as clean as we could and didn’t have that big of an issue.
We’re thankful for Bell Cityline serving as our home for a few years!”
