“I have had issues with my local postman, so I didn't get my card as it was returned because it was destroyed in transit. I didn't want to wait for a new card, so I drove the forty miles down to Allen which I'm glad I did.
I got Michelle to assist me with a new card. It didn't take but a few minutes to complete the process; furthermore, Michelle was able to update my account to reflex benefits I was unaware I qualified for.
The building, while on the smaller side, was kept in a pristine state. I have been banking with Navy Federal for twenty years now (ugh...where has the time gone?), and with the standards I experienced, I don't see myself changing banks anytime soon. Thank you for pleasant experience.”
